Perhaps most indicative of the recognition of Daniel Levitan’s expertise and professionalism is the fact that he is the recipient of the nation’s leading awards for residential marketing:

The Florida Home Builders’ John P. Hall Award (in both 1997 and 2006);

The Insittute of Residential Marketing’s Trina Ripley Excellence in Education Award in 1997 and it’s President’s Award in 2006;

The National Association of Home Builders’ Bill Molster Award in 2001.

In February, 2007 Mr. Levitan was inducted as the first “Fellow” of the College of Fellows of the Institute of Residential Marketing.

In 2008 and 2009, Levitan was selected to present two of NAHB’s most successful teleconferences, “Selling in a Challenging Market” and “Making The Most of the Housing Tax Credit”.

In 2010, Levitan was recognized as the first “MIRM of the Year”.
